Nicola Roberts is a British pop singer, songwriter, actress, model, and entrepreneur, born in 1985. She gained fame in 2002 as a member of the girl group Girls Aloud, formed through the reality show Popstars: The Rivals. With Girls Aloud, she released 23 singles, five studio albums, and won a BRIT Award for Best Single with the song "The Promise". During the group's hiatus in 2009, she pursued a solo career, releasing her debut album Cinderella’s Eyes on September 26, 2011.
