Nick Mulvey is an English musician, singer, and songwriter born on November 4, 1984. Originally from the United Kingdom, he began his career as a founding member of the band Portico Quartet, where he played the hang. In 2011, he transitioned to a solo career, releasing the EPs The Trellis and Fever to the Form. His debut studio album, First Mind, came out in 2014 and earned a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize. His second album, Wake Up Now, was released on September 8, 2017. Nick Mulvey is recognized for his contributions to contemporary folk and singer-songwriter genres.
