Neal Morse is an American progressive rock musician, born on August 2, 1960. Hailing from the United States, he is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and songwriter. Neal Morse co-founded the band Spock's Beard with his brother Alan. Since 1999, he has been a member of the supergroup Transatlantic. In 2002, after a spiritual transformation, he left Spock's Beard and began focusing on Christian rock music. He later co-founded several other projects, including Yellow Matter Custard, Flying Colors, and The Neal Morse Band. Neal Morse has significantly influenced both progressive and Christian rock genres through his innovative compositions and collaborations.
