Mojave 3 is a British indie band formed in 1995. The group consists of Neil Halstead, Rachel Goswell, Simon Rowe, Alan Forrester, and Ian McCutcheon. Prior to forming Mojave 3, Goswell, Halstead, and McCutcheon were members of the shoegaze band Slowdive. Initially conceived as a trio, the band transitioned to a more acoustic and folk-inspired sound, distinguishing themselves from their previous work. Their albums, such as "Ask Me Tomorrow" and "Excuses for Travellers", received critical acclaim for their introspective lyrics and melodic arrangements. Mojave 3 has made a significant contribution to the indie genre, blending elements of folk and dream pop.
