Mirwais is a musician of Afghan-Italian descent, born on October 23, 1960. He began his musical career in 1978 as a guitarist for the French band Taxi Girl , performing under the pseudonym Мирвэ Стасс . After leaving the band in 1986, Mirwais focused on his solo career and became known as a producer and performer in the house genre. His collaborations with Madonna on the albums "Music" and "American Life" brought him worldwide fame. Mirwais made a significant contribution to the development of electronic music, combining avant-garde approaches with pop elements.
