Mike Scott (born 14 December 1958) is a Scottish singer, songwriter, and musician. He is the founder and frontman of the rock band The Waterboys , known for hits such as "The Whole of the Moon" In addition to his work with the band, Scott has released two solo albums: "Bring 'Em All In" and "Still Burning" A versatile instrumentalist, he plays guitar, piano, bouzouki, and Hammond organ. In 2012, he published an autobiography, "Adventures of a Waterboy," in which he discussed his musical career. Mike Scott has made a significant contribution to the development of rock music, combining traditional and modern elements of the genre.
