Mallrat is an Australian singer, musician, and rapper from Brisbane, born September 25, 1998. She works in the alternative, pop, and hip-hop genres. Mallrat has released three EPs: Uninvited , In the Sky , and Driving Music , and in May 2022, she released her debut full-length album Butterfly Blue , to critical acclaim. Her tracks, such as "Grocery" "UFO" "Charlie" and "Rockstar" have repeatedly reached high spots on the Triple J Hottest 100 chart. Mallrat has made a significant contribution to the development of alternative pop music, combining melodicism with heartfelt lyrics.
