Maher Zain is a Swedish R&B artist of Lebanese descent, born in 1981. In 2009, he released his debut album "Thank You Allah" which brought him international recognition for its blend of modern rhythms and spiritual lyrics. In April 2012, Maher Zain released his second album "Forgive Me" which also received positive reviews. His work has had a significant influence on the genre, combining elements of R&B with Islamic themes.
