Maddie & Tae is an American country duo formed in 2014, consisting of singers, guitarists, and songwriters Madison Marlow and Taylor Dye. They debuted under Dot Records with their album "Start Here", released on August 28, 2015, featuring hits like "Girl in a Country Song", "Fly", "Shut Up and Fish", and "Sierra". After Dot Records closed, they signed with Mercury Nashville, releasing their second album "The Way It Feels" in April 2020. Two of their singles have topped the Country Airplay chart and achieved platinum certification, solidifying their impact on modern country music.
