Luiz Henrique was a Brazilian musician born on November 25, 1938, in Tubarão and died on July 9, 1985, in Florianópolis. In 1963, he released his first album "A Bossa Moderna de Luiz Henrique" which brought him national success. Among his best-known songs are "Sambou, sambou" "No balanço do mar" and "Vou andar por aí" Luiz Henrique made a significant contribution to the development of Brazilian music, combining elements of bossa nova and jazz.
