Love Fame Tragedy is the solo project of English musician, singer, and songwriter Matthew Murphy, born on July 23, 1984. Known as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter of the band The Wombats, which he co-founded in 2003, Murphy launched Love Fame Tragedy in 2018. The project blends indie and alternative influences, showcasing a more personal and experimental side of his artistry.
