Litesound is a Belarusian pop-rock band founded in Minsk in 2005 by brothers Dmitry and Vladimir Karyakin. The band gained international fame thanks to their participation in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, where they represented Belarus with the song "We Are the Heroes" Litesound songs have repeatedly become anthems for sports championships and have been used as soundtracks. The band successfully combines elements of pop and rock, contributing to the development of the Belarusian music scene and the popularization of the genre beyond the country's borders.
