Link Wray (real name Фред Линкольн Рей ) was an influential American guitarist and composer, born in 1929 in the United States. He rose to prominence with his instrumental rock and roll compositions, both solo and with the band Link Wray and his Ray Men . His most famous work is the track "Rumble" considered one of the first recordings to utilize distortion on guitar.
