His work combined elements of hip-hop, alternative, and emo, making him one of the pioneers of the emo rap genre. Lil Peep released several successful projects, including the album "Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 1" , and his tracks, such as "Awful Things" and "Benz Truck" became iconic.
