Lartiste is a French-Moroccan singer and rapper born on July 4, 1985, in Imintanoute, Morocco. At the age of seven, he emigrated to France, where he lived in Bondy and Le Blanc-Mesnil, near Paris. At 13, Lartiste joined the rap group Malédiction , and at 16, he adopted his stage name. His work spans rap, hip-hop, and pop. Lartiste is known for hits such as "Chocolat" which brought him popularity in France and beyond.
