Krewella is an American electronic music duo from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 2007. The group consists of sisters Jahan Yousaf and Yasmine Yousaf. Originally a trio, their third member, DJ and producer Kris "Rain Man" Trindl, departed in 2014. Their first EP, Play Hard, was released on June 18, 2012, exclusively on Beatport, followed by iTunes on June 26, 2012. The duo's debut album, Get Wet, was released on September 24, 2013. Known for their blend of electro house, progressive house, dubstep, hardstyle, drum and bass, and future bass, Krewella has made a significant impact on the electronic music scene.
