Kerli (Kerli) is an Estonian singer and songwriter, born in 1987. She began her career in 2004, participating in the Eurolaul competition with the song " Beautiful Inside ". Her debut album, Love Is Dead , peaked at number 126 on the Billboard 200 in July 2008 and reached number 2 on Billboard Heatseekers . In 2010, her songs, including the duet with Tokio Hotel , " Strange ", were included in the soundtrack to the film Алиса в стране чудес ( Almost Alice ). Kerli has made a significant contribution to the development of dance and alternative pop music.
