Карл Мария фон Вебер (1786–1826) was a German composer, conductor, and pianist, known as one of the founders of Romantic opera. Born in Eutin, Germany, he became a key figure in the development of German national opera. His best-known work is the opera "Вольный стрелок" , which premiered in 1821 and brought him international recognition. Other significant works include the operas "Эврианта" and "Оберон" . Вебер also wrote chamber music, piano works, and vocal compositions. His contributions to the development of Romantic music had a significant influence on composers such as Рихард Вагнер .
