Junko Ohashi was a Japanese singer born on April 26, 1950. She rose to fame with her hits "Silhouette Romance" and "Tasogare My Love" which brought her popularity in the late 1970s and early 1980s. During her career, Junko Ohashi released over 20 albums, demonstrating her remarkable vocal abilities. After a break due to a battle with cancer, she returned to music in 2019. Sadly, she died in 2023 from a recurrence of esophageal cancer. Junko Ohashi left a significant mark on the genres of J-pop and Asian music.
