Джулиан Касабланкас is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter born in 1978. He is best known as the lead vocalist for the rock bands The Strokes and The Voidz . In 2009, Касабланкас released his debut solo album Phrazes for the Young , for which he founded the independent record label Cult Records .
