Known for his experimental approach to hip-hop, he first gained attention with his debut studio album Black Ben Carson, released under Republic Records. His critically acclaimed album Veteran solidified his reputation in the underground scene. The independently released All My Heroes Are Cornballs charted on the Billboard 200, showcasing his unique sound. Returning to Republic Records, he released LP!, followed by a 2023 collaborative album with Danny Brown, Scaring the Hoes. JPEGMAFIA continues to push the boundaries of modern hip-hop.
