Jon Anderson (real name Джон Рой Андерсон ) is a British musician born in 1944. He rose to prominence as the original leader and vocalist of the progressive rock band Yes , one of the most influential bands in the genre. In addition to his work with Yes , Jon Anderson achieved success in his solo career and as a collaborator with Greek composer Вангелисом as part of the duo Jon and Vangelis . Their well-known works include the compositions "I'll Find My Way Home" and "State of Independence" Jon Anderson made a significant contribution to the development of progressive rock, combining complex musical structures with lyrical depth.
