John Parr is an English musician, singer, and songwriter born in 1952. He is best known for his 1985 single "St. Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion)" , which reached number one in the US and number six in the UK. His 1984 rock hit "Naughty Naughty" also achieved widespread popularity. John Parr has written and performed ten major film theme songs, including "Three Men and a Baby" and "The Running Man" .
