Jóhann Jóhannsson (1969–2018) was an Icelandic composer and music producer known for his work in film music. Born in Reykjavík, he became one of the most sought-after film composers of his time. His best-known works include scores for Denis Villeneuve's films, including "Прибытие" and "Убийца" , as well as the biographical drama "Вселенная Стивена Хокинга" , for which he won a "Золотой глобус" . His style combined orchestral arrangements with electronic elements, making his contribution to film music unique and memorable.
