Joao Donato (also known as Жоао Донато ) is a Brazilian musician born in 1934, known for his work in the genres of Latin American music and jazz. His career began in the 1950s, and he became one of the pioneers of bossa nova, collaborating with artists such as Antonio Carlos Jobim and João Gilberto .
