Infected Rain is a Moldovan band founded in 2008 in Chisinau. The band works in the nu metal and alternative metal genres. The band gained recognition for the powerful vocals of frontwoman Лены Скар and their energetic live performances. Among their best-known songs are "Orphan Soul" "Passerby" and "Black Gold" Infected Rain tours extensively throughout Europe and has performed at major festivals such as Wacken Open Air . Their work has made a significant contribution to the development of nu metal in Eastern Europe.
