Infant Annihilator is a British metal band from Kingston upon Hull, UK, formed in 2012. The band has independently released three studio albums, including "The Battle of Yaldabaoth" (2019). Beginning with technical deathcore, the band shifted their focus to technical death metal with "The Elysian Grandeval Galèriarch" Their style is influenced by bands such as Carcass , Cattle Decapitation , and Cephalic Carnage . Lyrical themes range from anti-clericalism to parodic criticism of the Catholic Church, often employing shock value and obscene language. Infant Annihilator contributed to the development of extreme metal, combining technicality with provocation.
