I Am Kloot is a British indie rock band formed in 1999 in Manchester, England. Known for their lo-fi folk-rock sound with elements of rock epic and Britpop, the group has been influential in the early 21st-century "new acoustic" movement. Over their career, I Am Kloot released six studio albums, three of which entered the UK Album Charts Top 50. Their fifth album, "Sky at Night", received a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize. The band’s work has left a lasting mark on the indie rock genre, blending introspective lyrics with atmospheric melodies.
