Hooverphonic is a Belgian band formed in Flanders in 1995. Initially, their music fell into the trip-hop genre, but soon began experimenting with various styles, including pop and rock. Initially called Hoover , the band later changed its name to Hooverphonic due to concerns from a vacuum cleaner company. Among their most famous tracks are "Mad About You" and "Eden" Hooverphonic has made a significant contribution to the development of European pop music, remaining one of the most recognizable groups from Belgium.
