Harvey Danger was an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1993. Known for their alternative rock sound, the band gained widespread recognition with their breakout single "Flagpole Sitta", which became a defining anthem of the late 1990s. Their debut album, "Where Have All the Merrymakers Gone?", was released under Slash Records and received critical acclaim. Despite their initial success, subsequent albums like "King James Version" struggled to replicate the same commercial impact. Harvey Danger disbanded in 2009 but left a lasting impression on the alternative rock genre with their witty lyrics and energetic performances.
