Happy Days is a depressive black metal project founded in 2007 in Sarasota, Florida, USA. The band was formed by two musicians: Scott Andrade, known as Morbid , and Matt Aldrich, who performs under the moniker Karmageddon . Aldrich was also the drummer for the German depressive black metal band Wedard from Memmingen. Happy Days is known for its dark and emotionally charged compositions, which have become an integral part of the genre. Their work has influenced the development of depressive black metal, attracting fans worldwide.
