Haggard is a German symphonic metal project. The band was founded in 1989 by guitarist, vocalist, and composer Азизом Нассери , who is the author of all of Haggard music and lyrics. The band is an orchestra, comprising numerous musicians playing instruments typical of both rock and classical music. Haggard is known for albums such as "And Thou Shalt Trust... the Seer" and "Eppur Si Muove" which have received acclaim in the epic metal genre. Their work has made a significant contribution to the development of symphonic metal, combining the power of rock with the elegance of classical music.
