Graveland is a Polish Viking/Peigan/Black Metal band founded in 1992. The band was formed by vocalist and guitarist Darken , who became a key figure in the band's creative process. After releasing several demos, their debut album, Carpathian Wolves was released, launching their career. Many subsequent albums were released on No Colours Records . Despite a media boycott due to their political views, the band gained popularity among fans of the NSBM movement. Graveland made a significant contribution to the development of peggan metal, remaining one of the most discussed bands in the genre.
