Go West is a British pop group formed in London in 1982. The duo rose to fame with their song "Call Me" released in 1985 and later featured on the soundtrack of the popular Flash FM radio game GTA Vice City . Other hits include "We Close Our Eyes" and "Don't Look Down the Sequel" In 1986 Go West won the BRIT Awards Award for Best Newcomers. The group made a significant contribution to the development of 1980s pop music, combining melodicism with dance rhythms.
