
Гарри Бардин (full name Гарри Яковлевич Барденштейн ) is a Soviet and Russian animator, director, screenwriter, and actor, born on September 11, 1941. Originally from the USSR, he became known for his work in the clay and stop-motion animation genres. His achievements include the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and five Nika Awards for Best Animated Film. He is also a laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation.
