ГАФТ is a Russian rock band from St. Petersburg, founded in 2012 by Nikolai Yakovlev. The band experiments with genres including indietronica, avant-rock, and pop rock, describing their work as music of empathy and compassion. The band has participated in major festivals such as «Ural Music Night» , «Окна открой!» and «Алые паруса» . ГАФТ is a laureate of the «Индюшата» festival and received a grant for the 2021 New/Open Showcase Festival . Their contribution to the development of Russian indie music has been recognized by critics and audiences.
