Эльдар Мансуров is an Azerbaijani composer, born on February 28, 1952. He is an Honored Artist of Azerbaijan and a People's Artist of Azerbaijan. From 2007 to 2012, Эльдар Мансуров served as Secretary of the Azerbaijan Composers' Union. His work spans pop and world classical music.
