Eddy Baker is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Ontario, California, born in 1991. In 2011, he joined Raider Klan, an underground rap supergroup that helped popularize Phonk, a trap subgenre influenced by 1990s Memphis rap and horrorcore. In 2012, Eddy Baker released his debut mixtape, "Edibles", under Raider Klan Records. The following year, he performed at Coachella with the group before leaving to co-found Healthy Boyz with rappers Chilly Sosa and Celes Carter. In 2014, Healthy Boyz joined forces with Seshollowaterboyz, a collective that includes Bones, Xavier Wulf, and Chris Travis. Eddy Baker remains a key figure in the evolution of modern underground hip-hop.
