Drill was an American metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1994 after the disbandment of Deep Blue Dream , Wayne Static and Ken Jay's previous band. The band performed industrial metal with elements of nu metal. During their existence, the band left a significant mark on the genre, although they disbanded in 2010. Drill contributed to the development of industrial metal, combining aggressive riffs with electronic elements, which became their signature style.
