Dr. Nelle Karajlic is a Serbian musician, composer, singer, and actor, born December 11, 1962. He rose to prominence as the vocalist and co-founder of the band Zabranjeno Pusenje , which emerged in Sarajevo in the 1980s. He later founded the band The No Smoking Orchestra , which gained international popularity through its collaboration with director Эмиром Кустурицей . Dr. Nelle Karajlic was also one of the founders of the New Primitivist movement, which had a significant impact on the musical and cultural scene of Yugoslavia. His work left a significant mark on the development of Balkan music.
