Dot Allison (also known as Дот Эллисон ) is a Scottish singer and songwriter, born on August 17, 1969. She is best known for her contributions to electronic music and as the lead vocalist of the band One Dove , which rose to popularity in the early 1990s. After the band's disbandment Dot Allison launched a successful solo career, releasing several albums, including "Afterglow" . Her work combines elements of electronica and pop. She currently lives in Edinburgh with her husband, composer Кристианом Хенсоном .
