DJ Fresh , real name Daniel Stein , is a British music producer and DJ born on April 11, 1977. A founding member of the legendary drum and bass group Bad Company , he played a key role in the development of the genre. In his solo career DJ Fresh has achieved success with hits such as "Gold Dust" and "Louder" the latter of which became the first drum and bass track to top the UK chart. His work also includes collaborations with artists such as Rita Ora and Diplo . DJ Fresh has made a significant contribution to the popularization of drum and bass on the international stage.
