Dirty Pretty Things was a British rock band formed in 2005 by former The Libertines frontman Carl Barât. The group included bassist Didz Hammond, guitarist Anthony Rossomando, and drummer Gary Powell, who also played with Barât in The Libertines. Known for their raw energy and Barât's distinctive voice, the band released two albums, with their debut, "Waterloo to Anywhere", reaching the UK Top 10. Tracks like "Bang Bang You’re Dead" became fan favorites. Though disbanded in 2008, their contribution to the post-punk revival remains notable.
