
Delerium is a Canadian electronic music project founded in 1987 by Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber, members of the band Front Line Assembly . The group is known for its experiments in the new-age genre, combining atmospheric sounds with elements of world music. One of the project's most popular compositions was "Silence" recorded with vocalist Sarah McLachlan , which reached high positions in the world charts. Delerium made a significant contribution to the development of electronic music, expanding the boundaries of the genre and drawing attention to new-age sounds.
