Defiler is an American metal band from California, formed in January 2010 by vocalist Джейкобом Пелзлом and guitarist Натаном Миллером . The band's name was inspired by the video game Fallout . The band defined its style as lifecore. During its existence Defiler released two albums: "Pangaea" and "Nematocera" Despite limited live performances, their third show featured a collaboration with the renowned band Chelsea Grin . Defiler contributed to the development of alternative metal by experimenting with genre boundaries.
