David Newman (also known as Дэвид Ньюман ) is an American composer and conductor, born March 11, 1954. He specializes in film music and soundtracks. Over a career spanning more than thirty years, David Newman has composed music for over 100 feature films. One of his most significant achievements was an Оскар Award nomination for his work on the score for the 1997 animated film Анастасия .
