Dave Dudley (real name Дэйв Дадли ) is an American singer, born in 1928 in the United States. He became known as one of the founders of the road country genre, popular among truck drivers. His signature song was "Six Days on the Road" recorded in 1963. Other famous hits include "Vietnam Blues" "Truck Drivin' Son-of-a-Gun" and "Me and ol' CB" Dave Dudley had a significant influence on the development of country music, particularly its road country genre.
