Cornelius , real name Keigo Oyamada , is a Japanese musician and producer born on January 27, 1969. He rose to prominence as a founding member of the band Flipper's Guitar , which played a key role in the development of the Shibuya-kei genre. In 1997, Cornelius released the album Fantasma , which received critical acclaim, drawing comparisons to Брайаном Уилсоном and Беком . Rolling Stone Japan included two of his albums in its list of the "100 Greatest Japanese Rock Albums of All Time."
