Chicken Shack was a British blues band formed in 1965 by bassist Энди Сильвестром , guitarist and vocalist Стэном Уэббом , and drummer Аланом Морли . The band later added vocalist and keyboardist Кристин Пёрфект , who later became known as Кристин Макви of Fleetwood Mac . The band released several albums on the Blue Horizon label, including 40 Blue Fingers Freshly Packed and Ready to Serve . Their style combined traditional blues with pop elements. Chicken Shack made a significant contribution to the popularization of British blues in the 1960s.
