Butch Vig (real name Bryan David Vig , also known as Брайан Дэвид Виг ) is an American musician and producer born in 1955. He is the drummer for the rock band Garbage and a producer of iconic albums of the 1990s. His work includes Nirvana 's legendary album "Nevermind" as well as recordings for The Smashing Pumpkins and Sonic Youth . His contributions to alternative rock made him one of the most influential producers of his time. Butch Vig continues to be a key figure in the music world, combining creativity with production.
